A number of our Teaching Assistants are also trained as Learning Mentors. This means that they have the extra responsibility of working more closely with pupils that are facing difficulties. They offer support to help pupils, feel more positively about themselves, school and their potential to achieve. The amount of time they spend working with pupils can vary. Whatever time is given, every child has found it useful.
