Child care is provided, each afternoon, for children attending our Nursery class in our Ofsted-registered Extended Nursery. A fee is charged for this service. Working parents can therefore have peace of mind that their child is properly cared-for for the whole school day.

We have places for 16 children. It takes place in a new, purpose-built building on the school site.

The children are collected from Nursery at the end of the morning session and supervised whilst they have lunch in the dining hall. The children can purchase a school meal or they may bring a packed lunch from home. They are supervised in their own playground until the start of the afternoon session. They can take a nap if needed. During the afternoon they join in activities which are planned in conjunction with the Nursery team.

Extended Nursery finishes at 3.15pm. Children can then attend the After School Club until 5.15 for an additional fee.
